Global Delivery Lead for Indirect Procurement (SRM and SUS) (2008 - 2010)
 * Effectively managed a successful transition from ARIBA ezBuy to roll-out of
SRM 6.0 and SUS to Puerto Rico, Bermuda and Mexico in October 2008 with 2000
users and roll-out to US with expected 25,000 users on April 2010, with minimal
business disruption. These markets cover about 70% of Merck's spend and 75% of
Merck's transactions with expected volume of 350,000 Purchase Orders per year as
a company. This implementation encompassed a full project lifecycle from
blueprint to cutover activities and was able to effectively achieve all the key
realization milestones on time.
 * Developed GAP documents, functional specifications and led Development to
prototype critical transactions and to unit test all custom requirements.

to develop Portal, ECC and SRM roles and oversee role to position mapping.

compliance. Merck expected to create 400-600 Indirect Contracts from E-Sourcing
to SRM. Worked closely with developers and XI team to develop and test the
solution.
 * Managed a timely completion of the E-sourcing 5.0 ramp-up by coordinating
BASIS and development resources. Configured, tested, troubleshoot issues for the
E-Sourcing to ECC contract integration which is part of E-Sourcing 5.0 Ramp-up .
