•	Virtual Contract Library – requested by of SAP Business Operations, the
project made possible instantaneous search of scanned and indexed contracts based
on the input metadata values. Database driven design provided flexibility to
configure new contract formats and metadata without modifying the code. 

•	Marketing Landscape – remodeling of the existing database to a dimensional
reporting structure. Worked with business users and developers to designate
appropriate Dimensions and Facts and to provide acceptable reporting performance
upon application redesign. 

•	Value Engineering – product developed by demand of SAP BI department and
implemented as a reporting component for heterogeneous sources of SAP customer
survey applications. Project’s goal was to allow users to create custom KPIs, KPI
peer groups, formulas & expressions outputted to Power Point slides, SSAS and
Business Objects.  

•	Maintenance Score Card, Deal Tally - reporting components for SAP CRM system
to allow automated reports generation and sharing over intranet. Worked with the
business users to gather requirements and create application prototype. DTS
Imports were utilized to pickup and process data inputs from various departments.

•	SalesForce.com Data cleansing MDM initiative – synchronized SFDC Sterling’s
data with internal data repositories (DB2, Sybase, MS SQL), data de-duplication,
profiling, cleansing and standardization. Worked with Business to collect and
re-iterate requirements during the project and provided technical supervision of
offshore development teams (India/Ukraine).

•	Pipeline BI – architected Pipeline reporting components (Global Marketing,
Global Finance and Pipeline Data Marts) of the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Worked
with BAs to collect and finalize requirements. Worked with ETL developers to
ensure leveraging of existing data structures and ETL processes and to avoid
unneeded development.

•	DNB Data Enrichment MDM initiative – enriching Sterling Customer data from the
DNB data feed. Worked with DNB tech support and Sterling’s BAs to fill the gaps
in existing process. Set up DNB import and export processes while applying
designated Sterling’s data policies. 

•	Master Customer Database MDM initiative – an initiative to create a Master
Customer View database providing data virtualization for the Enterprise.
Performed pre-project research including analyses of customer entities and
related metadata across business departments. Created a Data Model for the
consolidated Enterprise customer view including flexibly configurable business
views of a customer (“verticals”) as well as physical prototype.

•	Migration of Historical CRM data – due to Sales Force upgrade coordinated
migration of historical Sterling’s data from SalesForce.com to internal data
