Principal Systems Analyst
Serve as tactical liaison tasked with leading and supervising a team of 10 staff
members within JANUS' systems engineering & Testing branches. Oversee the design,
development and implementation of the Future Modular Force communications network
for the Army Warfighter Information Network Tactical (WIN-T) Program. Provide
on-site support while functioning as test officer in charge of planning and
executing system testing within development and production environments.
Operational Highlights:

technical support for the WIN-T Program.

Managed all properties - including material and equipment inventories - for the
Intelligence & Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) of the US Army's

all aspects of on-site logistics operations, partnering with senior leaders to
facilitate all inventory production, sales, records control and purchasing
initiatives. Coordinated all subcontractor repair activities and arranged for the
disposition of government property. Led, trained and supervised a team of 5 staff
members tasked with receiving, testing, storing and distributing all properties
in compliance with the US Army's operational requirements.

Managed a portfolio of 387 Communications Security (COMSEC) accounts located
throughout the East Coast. Maintained full accountability over safeguarding
COMSEC items, equipment and related warehousing facilities. Controlled all
logistics activities between customers and the Central Office of Record to ensure
alignment with operational requirements. Conducted annual audits in addition to
developing and implementing staff training programs to ensure compliance with
established COMSEC guidelines and policies.

Administered all radio equipment to support the combat communications of 2 of
the busiest military installations in the Department of Defense's (DoD) Air
Mobility Command. Partnered with key personnel to facilitate emergency
operations, acquisition planning and the definition of operational requirements
for supporting the current and long-range plans of Air Force Systems Command.
Managed point-to-point radio networks in addition to operating High Frequency
(HF), Very High Frequency (VHF) and Ultrahigh Frequency (UHF) tactical and SATCOM
radio systems to enable air-to-ground communications between DoD aircraft and
organizational units.
Operational Highlights:
* Exercised full accountability over tracking 10K line items, 3.7K pieces of
COMSEC material and equipment as well as downloading Top Secret information into
70+ keying devices used to help aircraft safeguard the nation.
* Controlled mobile communications in support of the Andrews Air Force Base
Disaster Response Team.
* Successfully directed subordinate station activities while managing the
Atlantic Gateway's net control station.
