investment properties to my company and prospective buyers.  Organize and
formulate plan with contractors to rehabilitate investment properties.  Develop

Sold prescription pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacist, hospitals
and drug wholesalers. Planned and organized all sales calls and presentations.

in-service and physician group presentations.
5/91 - 7/97	TERRITORY MANAGER - UCB PHARMA INC.
Sold prescription pharmaceutical products for a small start-up company.
Successfully developed an expansion territory. Conducted cold-calling to
physicians, pharmacist and Hospitals. Also called on HMOs and prescription drug
wholesalers to gain product formulary and distribution. One of the top
representatives in the region and the country year after year.
11/88 - 4/91	ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FRITO LAY.
Sold and merchandised Frito Lay snack products. Sold to large chain
supermarkets, independent supermarkets and convenient stores. Worked closely with
store managers and grocery managers. Coordinate company advertising programs with
store promotions. Constructed large and small promotional displays to generate
sales.
7/85 -10/88	SALES REPRESENTATIVE - PHILIP MORRIS USA
Sold and merchandised Philip Morris cigarette products to large chain
supermarkets, independent supermarkets, pharmacies, convenient stores and beer
distributors. Sold and maintained merchandising equipment, programs and contracts
at store level. Promote consumer brand trial and recognition. Also called on
tobacco wholesalers.
8/83 - 6/85	SALES REPRESENTATIVE - JAMES A. WEA VER COMPANY
Worked for James A. Weaver Company as a representative for a variety of food and
nonfood items. Sold to large chain supermarkets and independent chain stores to
gain distribution for all products. Sales presentations, merchandising and
resets. Worked closely with store managers and grocery managers.

1979 -1983	B.S. Degree in Food Marketing - Saint Joseph's University.
Currently enrolled in an online Masters Degree Program with Kaplan University.
State of New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License.
INTEREST & ACTIVITIES:
Four year starter on Saint Joseph's University division 1 soccer team. Elected
captain. Youth AAU and travel boys basketball coach.
