proposals, proposal and statement of work development, and project management for
multiple government projects related to transportation security and research and
development in support of the Transportation Security Administration and
Department of Homeland Security. Responsible for developing and managing
multi-million dollar budgets, project planning and execution, schedule and risk
management, earned value reporting, resource management, and quality on-time
delivery to clients. Coordinate with subject matter experts and technical team
members, subcontractors, and the client to ensure the success of all projects.
Business Operations and Support Services, (5/02 to 4/06). Managed six
departments and supervised an administrative staff of 13 people in administrative
operations including Contact Management, Subcontract Management, Technical
Editing and Documentation, Purchasing, Government Property, Laboratory Support,
Facility Security, Facility Operations, and Facility Security. Provided financial
analysis and reporting of several multi-million dollar government contracts.
Initiated process improvement and develop of procedures. Oversaw and reported on
