PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
• Deployed a first generation mini computer facility for a research facility at
a major university. Interfaced the computer with data collection equipment in the
laboratory and created assembly level software for graphic analysis and reporting
of the collected data. 
• Designed computerized systems and procedures for the research department of a
major pharmaceuticals company. Analyzed data and produced reports relating to
clinical trials for use by chemists, management and the FDA. 
• Participated in the design and coding of a shipboard electronic warfare
console system developed for the US Navy. Managed the team that produced the
System Design Specification and the documentation deliverables for the project. 
• Owned and operated a high production vehicle collision repair facility with a
staff of 14 employees. Managed all aspects of the business including estimating,
customer service, purchasing, shipping/receiving, production oversight,
equipment/facilities maintenance, bookkeeping, payroll, quality control and
collections. 
• Co-founded an alternative vehicle fuels company for natural gas powered
commercial fleet vehicles. Assembled and managed task forces assigned to vehicle
conversion projects providing oversight and direction for construction efforts
within required time and budget constraints. 
• Founded an e-commerce internet company and developed an early online shopping
site with a unique "gift finder" feature. Managed a staff of 3 people to create
the presentation and shopping cart functionality entirely from scratch. Took
orders and drop-shipped direct from manufacturers to customers worldwide. 
• Designed and implemented the original online CRS taxation reporting and
payment system for New Mexico's Taxation and Revenue Department. Also managed
software development for the Motor Vehicle Division's computerized touch-screen
driver's license testing system. Introduced Microsoft's .NET Framework to the IT
section and advocated its adoption. 
• Established New Horizons Realty and served as its Qualifying Broker.
