Michelle asked me to give you some feedback on her work.
So far she's been proceeding with very little direction from us, which has been
great. She's quickly understood the CITS I/O bus, which is pretty rare even in
the CITS group since it is very strange. She quickly developed a utility to parse
the data, and went the additional step to create a GUI for easy debug and
analysis of the process.
I also give her some dues for seeking out the help she received and finding the
correct answers, which is much better than just letting the project sit or worse,
proceeding in the wrong direction.
The bottom line is she's been helping us out significantly, and has had to be
self motivated to do so.
Thanks,
Mark Reap
