authoring approach utilizing DITA XML.

Product UI quality assurance: Reviewed, revised and approved all text appearing
in product user interfaces.

Evaluation guides: Wrote abbreviated product user guides designed for executive
audiences. 

White papers and product collateral: Wrote product brochure text for sales and
