•	Designed, developed, and delivered all training programs for Call Center
consultants (80-85 consultants).
o	Topics included Sales Training, Product Knowledge, and Customer Service.
•	Wrote and maintained all Call Center sales scripts and manuals for Inbound,
Outbound and Customer Service departments.
o	Monitored daily results, conversion, and ROI of all Call Center media which
included Radio, Television and Print
