• Responsible for designing and regression testing over 30 different
enhancements for Accenture’s proprietary Claims Components.
• Ensured successful transition of thin client ICBAM/Architecture based system
to Microsoft’s .NET platform, which is the core product base of the Insurance
Solution Group.

Managed daily rationalization activities for a Life/Annuity and
Property/Casualty spin-off project.
• Responsible for streamlining issues processes in deployment of over 1,200
applications, which was integral in a successful
divisional split for the client organization.
• Reduced $3.2 M in client’s application deployment overhead, by investigation
and exclusion of 800 unnecessary apps.

Successfully implemented multi-million dollar systems integration projects for
Property/Casualty insurance clients.
• Conducted research analysis with clients, created Dialog Flow and Component
Interaction Diagrams, and Data Access Definitions.
• Created and maintained Detailed Design documents which included the following:
Business Rules, Screen Details, Field Validation and Enable/Disable Rules, and

• Programmed and unit tested key components of proprietary Claims Components
including ASP, Interface Comp, Server Comp and Controller, using Visual Basic
with Microsoft’s I/CBAM Architecture, and SQL.

50% of test scripts to test Accenture’s proprietary Claims Financial System, and
the Claims Workstation System.
• Tested over 50 user interfaces throughout CFS and CWS to ensure the system’s
precision in performing all of the required functions.
• Identified and resolved system defects by analyzing key design issues, code,
test scripts, while successfully managing the System Investigation Request log,
which all resulted in a 100% 24 hour turnaround ratio for critical SIRs.
• Appointed as the subject matter expert for Claims Components to provide
functional knowledge to the entire project team as well as client executives.
• Trained over 30 fellow employees and business users on design, testing and
execution strategies.
• Managed a project team of Accenture and client employees utilizing the
BI-Methodology, successfully providing all project deliverables under budget ($3
M) and 3 months ahead of schedule.
• Created and maintained work plans and score cards, in the scope of a $25M
project.
• Created and presented a Downstream Testing Approach and Strategy plan to the
client's senior executives, allowing Accenture to bring in additional revenue
from the project.
• Successfully rolled-out Claims Components to clients, which resulted in a
minimum of $2M annual savings for clients in their claims processing practice.
