From 1997 to 1999, I was in charge of Technical support.
Was transitioned to system administration in 1999, I rebuilt and constructed
our web hosting solution and became in charge of programming all of our DNS
solutions.
By year 2000, I became fully in charge of system administration and also
assumed active roles in hiring/ training personnel
Researched, proposed, installed and configured our current Rodopi Billing
software.
Designed/implemented a solution to integrate our customer login information
with our billing software using ASP scripts and Microsoft SQL eliminating the
need for future clerical positions.
Designed/programmed custom Database queries and solutions for specific reports
for our accounts receivable department, administration for financial auditing and
our support technicians tracking custom client orders.
Designed and integrated a solution to incorporate resold Verizon DSL. It
required me to setup a Cisco router to aggregate DSL connections to our network.
I also was highly involved with the setup and integration of BGP 4 on our Cisco
Routers (to provide Redundancy and load sharing between two network providers).
Web design programmer. wrote custom scripts for web site designs that require
dynamic data to be integrated via ASP and Access/SQL database platforms.
Eliminated the need for many of our costly point to point T1s by Creating a
routing alternative to utilize our DSL network to provide bandwidth to many of
our remote networks.
Set up integration with a Network Wholesaler of Dial up Internet lines to work
with our dial up customers.
Have been in charge of our entire email system since I started fully
administering our network in 2000, including all updates to accommodate growth
and choosing the correct Spam appliance to integrate with our system.
