Developed in MS Access and SQL Server 2005. Further developed Arrow Home Health
Systems, an application for home health coordination.
• Developed new screens in MS Access as the front end and SQL Server 2005 stored
procedure as the backend.
• Modified Existing Screens and Functionality in MS Access and SQL Server 2005.
• Wrote heavy stored procedures to load data into Arrow databases for new and
existing data.

Developed in SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005. Maintained and further
developed ESD, Employee Stock Database. The application lets you view stock and
option grant information.
• Developed heavy stored procedures for ESD HR Load in SQL. The stored
procedures loaded grant data from files into EGEV tables and then imported the
data into ESD tables. Part of the process was adding new grants as well as
performing calculations on new and existing grants, and keeping track of grants.
• Reconciled grants and compared YTD and RETD from month to month for each
grant.
Medco November 2006 to April 2007
Developed and maintained various applications using MS Access Projects,
ADP files, and
SQL Server as the database.
Wrote new stored procedures and modified existing ones for various applications
as well as wrote modules, classes designed forms ands used ADO to retrieve data
from database.
• Developed a report query for PPO Tacklog application. The report query can
retrieve any defined information from SQL Server database based on selected
fields and parameters.

Estimation of Loss System that utilizes mortgage data file to compute the loss
coverage based on Standard & Poor's rating criteria.
• Added analysis steps using Visual Basic to an existing system that calculates
the foreclosure frequency and loss severity and produces the loss coverage for
the pool of analyzed loans.
