Print Production Manager
- Position reports directly to the President.
- Initially hired as the large format specialist, quickly became the print
production manager due to my proven success in the rank.
- Currently managing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift and running the large format
division, including mounting and laminating.
- Act as a liaison between the President, employees, and clients to ensure open
lines of communication.
- Responsible for all finishing equipment; Duplo 5000 booklet maker, UV coater,
binding.
- In charge of ordering and keeping stock of our supplies; negotiate prices with
all suppliers, approve invoices, compare prices between suppliers and find new
suppliers that provide competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
- Expert knowledge of graphic applications such as Quark, InDesign, Illustrator,
Photoshop and Acrobat Professional to ease the workload of pre-press staff, send

- Initially hired as an output technician, quickly became the print production
manager due to my extensive knowledge with all the printing equipment and expert
pre-press skills combined with admirable communication skills and willingness to
tackle every production challenge the company faced at the time.
