Senior Consultant at JP Morgan Chase
12/2007-present Member of Equities Trading team for Asset Management. Used
Java, JMS, MQ Series, JSTL, XML, Tomcat, Spring, CVS, and Sybase.
·	Salerio – Designed and developed confirmation adaptor to handle MQ Series
messages sent from the Longview Trading Engine. Message data was then persisted
into Sybase, transformed and rerouted to portfolio managers.
·	End of Day Trading Messages – Designed and developed an End of Day Trading
message adaptor that sends end of day reconciliation messages to back office
accounting systems. The messages contained position information and were
preceded by region start marker messages. The start marker messages contained
counts for the number of accounts in order to verify that all messages were
accurate. The message data was loaded from Sybase, transformed and sent through
MQ Series.
	Senior Consultant at Goldman Sachs
6/2007-11/2007	Member of FICC (Fixed Income Commodities & Currencies) team.
Used Java, JSP, JSTL, XML, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate, Maven 2, CVS, and DB2.
·	Hikari – Designed, developed and maintained a build management and source code
workflow tool. Built, upgraded, and maintained a maven 2-based wrapper to build
and deploy java based projects pulled from a source forge repository. Server
side and client side application modules for Hikari include a library repository,
core java module, HTTP based builder using Jetty, and an HTTP based webapp using
tomcat. The builder was multithreaded and the webapp used both JSP and JSTL to
present the user interface. Tasks included creating an XML tree structure of
artifact dependencies presented in a Javascript based tree, a tool to analyze
dependency structures and a Quartz based scheduling system to trigger continuous
builds. Also built DBUnit tools to test builds with an in-memory database.
	Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley
8/2005-6/2007 Member of Operational Risk team. Used Java, JSP, Tomcat,
Struts, Sybase, Transact SQL, XML, and Savvion.

prescribed by Basel II, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Built several tree
structures representing processes, risks, and controls used in the Sarbanes-Oxley
404 certification process for the entire organization for the team’s core java
module. Used the Java jenkov tree library and Javascript to create a user
interface for the tree structures. Also created a library of reference data
utilized in Operational Risk.
·	Operational Risk Incidents – Leveraged the core framework of the SOX 404
project to create a system that captures and tracks operational incidents for the
entire organization that could result in a financial gain or loss.
·	Entitlements Engine – Designed and developed a complex entitlements engine to
manage firm wide access to operational risk management data. Users were assigned
different roles and entitlements based upon their position in the organization.
Used a SOAP service to provide client applications the entitlement data.
Entitlements requests were multithreaded.
Team Lead at Delta Funding
3/2003-8/2005	Architected/Developed scaleable back-end systems for mortgage
lending applications implemented in WebSphere Java, J2EE, ASP, and Oracle 9i
databases.
·	Document Generation – Designed/ Developed a java-based document management
system. Integrated Oracle databases with Accelio to create and print millions of
mortgage documents. Additional features were to email, fax, and print
dynamically defined document packages, as well as split, merge and manipulate PDF
documents. Built an email client that reads email and performs tasks or sends
email messages depending on the content of the email received. Also created a
tool to dynamically generate Stored Procedures for specific documents using XML
and flyweight field maps. The Application used WebSphere, Java, XML, Oracle 8i
databases with Stored Procedures (PL/SQL). Servers used threads, RMI and HTTP
Multipart post for communication. Reduced time to build new PDF documents by
creating automation tools and replacing Crystal Reports with Accelio.
·	Document Imaging – Built system to search for, manage and view millions of
documents and images from a data storage system, archived into Legato Imaging.
The documents originated from multiple sources including Kofax, digital scanners
and Accelio. Servers used threads, Socket Servers, RMI and HTTP Multipart post
for communication, depending on the client interface to the Imaging system. The
Application used WebSphere, Java, XML and Oracle 9i databases with Stored
Procedures (PL/SQL).
·	Settlement Agent System - Designed/ Developed a system for mortgage closing
agents to obtain signatures from clients and dynamically embed the signatures
into documents for closing. The system integrated signature pads, an applet,
document generation, and imaging.
·	Consumer Website - Designed/ Developed a secure website for consumers to view
and download electronic disclosure documents. Consumers choose to subscribe to
the website and are given access to selected documents that brokers want them to
see from the document imaging storage system. The Application used WebSphere,
Java, XML, Oracle 8i databases with Stored Procedures (PL/SQL).

and Excel. The design was a 3-tier architecture modeled in UML using design
patterns, J2EE Java Beans.
·	Airport Scheduling System – This is a real-time scheduling system using a
streaming applet and web interface. Airlines compete and trade ramp time slots in
a lottery system and then track their schedule. Design includes synchronized
transactions and multiple threads. The design was a 3-tier architecture modeled
in UML implemented using J2EE Java Beans, JSP, Servlets and Applets on Oracle IAS
9i, and Oracle 8i databases.
