Senior Systems Analyst / Lead Systems Analyst
Led teams of cross-functional personnel through the software development life
cycle on multiple projects, including development of client-server front office
systems. Documented requirements and drafted functional and technical
specifications. Designed application enhancements to improve efficiency and
functionality for modules of the Time and Expense J2EE intranet application and
AdeccoClub J2EE web application. Coordinated with users and business owners to
plan enhancements to a mission critical Core Java application. Administered the
Oracle PL-SQL program designed to extract assignment data from the front office

   •   Replaced manual time clock data entry with an automated, scalable load
balanced Core Java system that improved efficiency and accuracy, enabled 24/7

date, overcoming multiple difficulties caused by data volume to convert hundreds
of millions of records over 5 days with no service interruption.
