Providing direct care to selected patients as assigned as demonstrated by the

service procedures, maintained and updated references material needed to provider

Dial America- Customer Service Representative: Amherst, New York  
Inside sales promoting credit cards. Consistently provide “Top Tier” high level
customer service to account holders/ customers.
