Provided legal services to clients that have been harmed by illegal or unethical
conduct of securities professionals. Researched and developed legal claims in
order to seek financial damages for clients. Obtained a strong working knowledge
of securities regulations and laws, including the SEC, FINRA, and BSA/AML, as
well as the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Investment Advisors Act of 1940.
Maintained all aspects of the client's legal claims from the initial client
interview and discovery procedures, through the final litigation and settlement
negotiations. Represented a $350,000 securities fraud case in November 2009,
which ultimately led to the highest settlement in the Clinic's history.

Volunteer Tax Assistance Program (VITA): Provided free tax preparation services
and assistance to low-income citizens and persons of limited means who cannot
prepare their own tax returns.
