Coordinate C-130’s air drops of food. Supervise boat crews and food
distribution. Coordinate drops and develop helicopter flight rotation plan to
various points with ground personnel and WFP air control.
Establish and maintain ground to air real time apprise of security. Negotiate
and compromise with traditional elders and local militia. Reconnoiter by boat,
locate with GPS isolated, indigenous people groups to prepare LZ for food
delivery. Assume and maintain security for personnel and aircraft with diplomacy
and arms.
Evacuated due to armed conflict.

Operations Manager: 1996 Food For the Hungry/UNHCR Uvira, Zaire
Responsible to support all logistical needs of unaccompanied children program as
mandated in UN contract.
Duties included transportation, bookkeeping, security, communications,
procurement, staff management, and maintenance of compound, vehicles, uhf/vhf
radios, laptops etc. Interface with colleagues of other NGO’s, and provide
assistance if called upon.

topics for the Launcher, ECC, Radar Set, Generator. Classes pertained to

Patriot Defense system. Trained personnel in the OTT (Optical Tactical Trainer)
where students learned to operate from the ICC or ECC in both roles of Friendly
