Portsmouth Herald, and others.  Each site also delivers the Wall Street Journal,
NY Times, Money Magazine, and USA today as well as their own publications. 
24/7 technical support for Circulation and Advertising applications, financial
interfaces, and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.  Well
versed in Remedy software for incident reporting and documentation.
Developed and maintained software written in RPGIV, RPG Free, RPGIII, CLP, and
Cobol running in an AS/400 ILE environment. 
Developed a process to eliminate repetitious data entry by populating multiple
publications with advertisement particulars.
Combined 13 custom versions of Carrier Billing into one feature controlled
program to simplify maintenance and debugging.
Created and implemented a Do Not Call system to satisfy federal and state
regulations governing telemarketing legislature.   
Worked closely with third party vendors to develop interfaces to send and
receive encrypted data for  external software applications via FTP. 
Developed software for the processing of employee benefits as well as advertiser
and subscriber credit card transactions using Gentran and Zmod, Ebills, and bank
drafts.
Designed and implemented interfaces for publishing related software such as
address and routing facilitators (Route Smart), interactive phone processing for
subscriber transactions (Chatterbox), postal regulations (Computerized Delivery
Sequence), ad layout processing, classified advertising (Enterprise), BCC
software for custom mail labels, automated subscription starts/stops for the Wall
Street Journal, etc.

Participated in development of a custom POS system written in RPG on the

were able to maintain the list  
  and track the status of each action. 
Automation of all forms, envelopes, and letters for requests of records.
Diary system to organize case related reminders and alerts, deadlines, and
inter-office communications for
