include prepping all substrates correctly to ensure proper acceptance of
coatings, sanding between coats, thus achieving a quality finish-product. close
attention to detail, condition of work areas as far as keeping them free of
debris and discarded material,protecting any and all furnishings with clean drop
cloths, masking paper and plastic. end-of-job duties performed consist of
'final-punch' walk-throughs, correcting any and all substandard work,repairs, and
