My managerial background and accomplishments include being a data center manager
with responsibility for production control, tape library, and microfiche, as well
as project coordinator for a data center move; the formulation and initial
testing of a disaster plan, and reducing the budget in areas crucial to our
organization 's success.
I have maintained my managerial skill sets over the years by volunteering for
project management and coordinator tasks at work. I have also served as President
of the Sandy Ridge Homeowners Association in North Olmsted, Ohio, where I managed
a board of directors with oversight for homes valued at $46 million.
Managerial Accomplishments:
* Supervised a staff of approximately 30 employees, where I administered
performance reviews, training, and disciplinary / termination actions.
