   1. Member of the Commercial AOA Team.
   2. Part of the weekly AOA Oncall rotation schedule, which 
      included monitoring and resolving any RNxx62 abends, assigning 
      any AOA Drop policies and AOA Hotline tickets to the 
      appropriate person, and re-releasing any AOA policies from the 
      agent system as requested by the Service Centers.
   3. As needed or required, assisted with AOA Hotline tickets and 
      the resolution in a timely manner.
   4. Assisted in monitoring and analysis of the daily production 
      AOA policy drops in order to determine if AOA projects were 
      required in order to reduce or eliminate certain AOA policy 
      drops.  Further analysis was normally assigned to the 
      appropriate AOA developer to determine or confirm the root 
      cause.
   5. Acted as a contact point for coordinating project activities 
      with other departments.  Such as the "Quote to Bind" or "Quote 
      Data Capture" projects, Enterprise Dashboard project, VM Proof

   1. As a Team Member, provided programming support and on-call 
      support for the ERISCO system and other functions based off of 
      the ERISCO system.  Responsibilities included a variety of 
      programming assignments that required maintenance to existing 
      batch processes and implementing new batch processes to allow 
      for specific functionality for new or existing 
      business/Clients.  In many cases, the programming assignments 
      required working with a team of people (i.e., Business Systems 
      Analysts, fellow team members, management, outside vendor

   1. As a Programmer/Analyst and Team Member, worked on a Testflow 
      Support Team in the Agency/Personal Lines Auto National 
      Platform area for a large Insurance Company (Nationwide 
      Insurance).  Involved in the early stages of growing this 
      team, analysis of certain processes and assuming Testflow 
      Support responsibilities as the responsibilities were turned 
      over to the group.  Testflow Support responsibilities included 
      working in the mainframe environment using primarily JCL and 
      TSO/ISPF.  As needed, wrote COBOL programs and VM/REXX EXECs 
      to allow new functionality to the Mainframe Data Extraction 
      process.  Also updated Process documentation to reflect 
      process updates and new functionalities.
   2. As a Programmer/Analyst and Team Member, worked on different 
      project assignments (programming and/or analysis) in the 
      Commercial Area for a large Insurance Company (Nationwide 
      Insurance).  Programming and/or analysis activities were on 
      the Batch platform and the Regional Online platform.  As 
      needed, also mentored co-workers on Subparts that I previously 
      supported. 
   3. As an Analyst and Team Member, participated in a Commercial 
      Insurance Disaster Recovery Project for a large Insurance 
      Company (Nationwide Insurance).  This project ran in 
      conjunction with the Commercial Insurance ISO Upgrade 
      Project.  The Commercial Insurance Disaster Recovery Project 
      dealt with documenting the Commercial Insurance Systems' 
      Mainframe and Online Applications.  The research and data 
      gathering involved interviewing client contacts for 
      information, writing and submitting JCL jobs, and researching 
      job and file information in CA7/11.  Due to past experience 
      with the Commercial Insurance System, was able to apply 
      this knowledge in the appropriate areas.  The Sungard CBR 
      software was used for compiling and producing the final 
      Disaster Recovery Plan(s).  Participated in one Hotsite 
      Exercise during this project.
   4. As a Programmer/Analyst and Team Member, participated in a 
      Commercial Insurance ISO Upgrade Project for a large Insurance 
      Company (Nationwide Insurance).  Was responsible for a portion 
      of the Rating sub-system.  As needed, also worked on 
      maintenance projects/assignments that were not related to the 
      Commercial Insurance ISO Upgrade Project.
