Work Experience
	
6/1991 to 5/2004 - Program Director Women's Program 
* Responsible for all operations of the facility and acting liaison between
Adult Parole Authority, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation/Corrections, and County
Drug Court.
* Assisted in developing and presenting policy/procedure as well as state
standards for licensing, certifications and audits. 
* Supervised Electronic Monitoring Program, the Cognitive Programs Coordinator
position and participated in developing Quality Improvement for both facilities.

5/2004 to 10/2008 - Chemical Dependency Counselor
* Responsible for daily operations of the program, providing comprehensive
assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group
counseling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
* County Drug Court provider for referrals to the program and developed
policy/procedures in order to abide by the guidelines of the Ohio Department of
Alcohol/Drug Addiction Services.
