	I bring 13 years of experience in software/system testing, IT processes, and QA
analysis primarily for the cellular industry, including 7 years as a software
tester/QA analyst for a private consulting firm, and 4 years as a system testing
lead with a major cellular carrier. My IT background includes extensive
experience with billing systems and collections in the telecommunications
industry, ad-hoc system testing, and creating user training and system support
