It was with great interest that I learned about your opening for an Assistant
Residential Property Manager. I appreciate your taking the time to review my
attached resume. Although I have been in the new home sales business for the last
10 years, I have over 21 additional years of experience in customer
service/account managing for the major printing company, RR Donnelly/Moore
Wallace, as you can see on my resume.  

I am currently looking to relocate in the St. Lucie / West Palm Beach area of

*In my current position of Lead Sales Consultant for Stoneworks Development my
responsibilities include sales and leasing of condominium units. Sales
presentations and projects aimed at community and company growth, as well as
internal and external warranty and maintenance scheduling and documenting, and
new developmental planning for construction phases.  Prospecting and follow up of
customers.

*As Sales Manager for Schumacher Homes I was responsible for recruiting,
interviewing and recommending applicants for sales position in the Columbus
Division, as well as acting as project manager for projects and programs designed
to grow sales and construction.

*As an account manager for RR Donnelly /Moore Wallace from and leasing of
condominium units. Sales presentations and projects aimed at community and
company growth, as well as internal and external warranty and maintenance
scheduling and documenting, and new developmental planning for construction
phases.  Prospecting and follow up of customers targeted at senior citizens.

 1978-2000, I acted as a client representative and I determined and implemented
the exact needs of the client, based on knowledge of the firm they represented.
Adapted to the various internal procedures of the contracting party, and formed
close links with the nominated representatives. As project/account manager I was
accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Key project
management responsibilities included creating clear and attainable project
objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the project team. 
One project was for the inception of digital printing and personalization system
required to move this account from the Pennsylvania Plant to the Newark Plant
another project was the 2000 Census.

I was the direct liaison between the sales representative and/or customer and
the printing plant. My responsibilities included analyzing the production
requirements thorough the printing and shipping process, coordinating production
departments and schedules, initiating any meetings necessary between departments
to insure specifications and quality standards were met, order any necessary
material and outsourced inserts, and to monitor quality and shipping schedules.

Throughout my career, I have met and exceeded expectations in sales and service
objectives through an uncompromising focus on customer needs and relationship

I was responsible for achieving sales goals for the sales team at Columbus
location and organizing and leading projects aimed at sales and company growth.

Made planned sales presentations and personal tours of the home models.
Conducted price quotes and special pricing requests for customers via in person
or Internet. Worked with homeowners to ensure all color selections and choices
were done in a timely manner. Trained/coached sales team to ensure competency and
consistency in presentation. Monitored sales report card for each New Home
Consultant. Planned and conducted weekly sales meetings with each NHC to review
key sales indicators. Ensured that all NHC’s submitted all required reports.

the Park Ridge Sub-division.




Moore Wallace: 
Project/Account Manager: (Returned April 2006 to October 2006) Original date of
hire was July 1978 to October of 2000.

Reason for leaving:, I accepted an opportunity to return to Moore-Wallace in my
previous position to coordinate the inception of a major account. This was a
temporary project management position. 

As project/account manager I was accountable for acomplishing the stated project
