* Independent IT contractor. Mobile County Public School System. LAN/WAN Network
Support.
* Independent IT contractor. Unisys Corp in Mobile performing Dell and Gateway
warranty repairs.

* Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority in Talihina, Oklahoma. While at CNHSA
my duties were assistant network administrator. I have over ten years personal
computer industry experience in the maintenance, installation, and upgrading of
freestanding and networked PC's. I evaluated, recommended, implemented, and
maintained networked and freestanding PC's. My experience also encompasses
loading; configuring, troubleshooting and upgrading Windows, Windows NT/2000 and
other network operating systems, such as Novell. I have experience with Microsoft
Windows XP Professional, 2000 Server, 2000 Advanced Server, 2000 Professional, NT
4.0 Server, 4.0 Workstation, Windows 98, Windows 95, Microsoft Office
Professional 95, 97, 2000 and XP Office Professional. My experience includes the
operation and maintenance of large, complex, and heterogeneous networks on a
day-to-day basis. I was delegated by the senior network administrator to have the
overall responsibility for ten application, print, and RAS servers, including
four hundred plus workstations and users at the CNHSA's main hospital, comprised
of a Windows 2000/NT4.0 LAN/WAN, and supporting four remote clinics. Each clinic
had approximately fifty to seventy-five workstations and users. My duties
included answering helpdesk calls, password assignment, remote administration,
user access to authorized applications, user account creation and maintenance,
email account creation and maintenance, intruder detection monitoring, LAN/WAN
connectivity, database configuration and maintenance for the RPMS medical
software package, network printer configuration and maintenance, overall network
policy and security along with the general supervision of my co-workers. My
experience also extends into the installation, programming, troubleshooting and
maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, hubs and the associated cabling and
hardware.




* Power Technology, Inc. Little Rock, AR. Duties were system
administrator/engineer for Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 Advanced Server, and
Novell 3.12 server. Provide maintenance, monitoring and administration for
Microsoft IIS 4.0 and company website. Support for various software packages such
as Goldmine, Accpac for Windows, Office 2000 Professional, Office XP
Professional, Office 97 Professional, Mechanical Desktop 6.0, and Auto Cad
Release 13 & 14. Provide support for Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, Windows 2000
Professional / Advanced Server, and Windows XP workstations. Co-ordinate and
perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, backups, hardware, and
software upgrades. Provide user training on the use of the Internet and software
applications. Setup and administer security programs and virus protection for the
company LAN/Intranet. Install, maintain, and program DSL modems, routers, hubs,
and switches used for network connectivity. Recommended, evaluated, and
incorporated new hardware and software. 

* Computerland of Fort Smith, AR. NT 4.0 Network Systems Engineer. Performed
duties as a network engineer with NT 4.0 Server, Workstation, and Terminal Server
Editions. Certified Citrix Metaframe 1.80 Server and client administrator. Also
performed network and system upgrades as required. Laser and dot matrix printer
repair experience.


* Mercy Health System Oklahoma. Network Support Engineer for nine medical
clinics operated by MHSO. Setup and supported Windows NT 4.0. Installed and
configured servers and workstations and managed user access and supported medical
software packages. Support included Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft
Office 97.

* U.S. Computers, 403 Dallas St. Talihina, OK. Senior field engineer.
Responsibilities included on-site and in-shop troubleshooting, repair and
upgrades of IBM compatible PC's. Troubleshot and repaired laser, inkjet, and dot
matrix printers. Evaluated client needs and recommended appropriate equipment
purchases and/or upgrades as required. Installed and maintained Windows 95/98 and
NT 4.0 networks. Provided telephone technical support for clients. Provided
Internet setup and instruction for clients on the Internet and the basic
operation of PC's and associated equipment. 

* Touchtech, Inc. 121 Leonie St., Lafayette, LA. Technical support supervisor.
Duties consisted of procuring, modifying, and programming of special computer
equipment for the physically handicapped. Provided statewide on-site
installation, technical support and instruction for our seeing, hearing and
physically challenged clients. Worked in concert with state agencies to identify
special software and hardware for clients. Provided technical support for
businesses and MIS departments that employed physically challenged personnel.
Developed and implemented a plan for addressing the Y2K situation. 
* R&J Computer Systems Inc. P.O. Box 1957, Gonzales, LA. Co-owner/Field
Engineer. Duties included supervision of two field technicians; on-site technical
support for clients, sought out and developed new clients. Negotiated and planned
service level agreements and contracts. Administered the local segment of a Wide
Area Network for LaRoche Industries running Novel 4.1x. Connected workstations
and maintained the local server and applications. Implemented, maintained, and
trained personnel on custom software programs for positive inventory control.

* Electronic Maintenance Company, Baton Rouge, LA. Contract staff network
support technician for Exxon Chemicals. Assisted users in all areas of computer
use. Installed new systems and provided connectivity to the AS-400 utilizing
Rumba and 3270 emulation software. Provided in shop and telephone technical
support to other contract clients.

United States Navy. Attended numerous electronic service schools while serving in
the U.S. Navy.

California and military law enforcement.
