First employment.  Mother began business in spring of 1989.  Took over daily
operations in fall of 1995.  Bought my mother out of business April 1st, 1998. 
Ran daily books as well as daily operations of restaurant.  Company grew by
minimum of 10 percent in gross sales volume every year.  Opened second location
of Bunny's in  Edmond, Ok, in 1999.  Second store's gross grew by an average of
20 percent over the next four years.  Ran daily operations and books over entire
ownership period.  Including account payable/ receivable, constant inventory
updates, as well as ordering, hiring/ firing of all positions, constant
monitoring of all business operations.  Kept an average net profit percentage for
restaurants four times higher than the national average.
