eligibility status. Review case and provider information and issue or reissue
billing forms if required. Respond to callers requesting explanations of provider
denials and refer to appropriate department for resolution. Review payment
screens and explain to callers why payments were denied or ineligible. Record and
refer community complaints to the appropriate agency and/or department. Community
complaints could include reports of child abuse, neglect, or fraud. Enter child
care info into TRACS and send messages to caseworkers when changes in status
occur and monitor cases for income. Review and correct child care billing forms
and JOBS billing forms each day to ensure accuracy and completeness before they
are submitted for payment. Requires phone calls to providers to verify or clarify
signatures, dates, and other information. Return billing form with missing
information to providers with a notice about the areas of correction. Review and
enter data for received Child Care Listing forms daily. Review and compare
information on TRACS, DHR screens, Child Care Division records, and contact case
managers, clients, or providers to determine the accuracy of reported
information.
