Data Processing, Analysis, Design, and Application Support for over thirty
years. Independent Contract Consultant for ten years doing business as “Lucero
Enterprises”, through various Consulting Groups. I have over seven years as a
Capital Developer and Trainer Consultant with Inteq of America Inc. I have
served in Training and Education, given Management Seminars, and was part of
a team that developed a Contact, Time, and Money Management System. I am
with a team at the present doing Language Translation, Localization, Quality
Assurance, Telephonic Interpretation, and On-site Interpretation.

Present
On October of 2007 I started as Account Sales Manager in charge of sales for
WLA an Oregon Company providing On-site Interpretation, Telephonic
Interpretation, Translation, Localization, and Quality Assurance on 178
different Languages.
2003 to Language Technology System, LLC
2007/09
On December of 2003 I started a product sales company, selling copiers, ink
toners, cartridges, printers and computers. I also taught Language Translation
from Spanish to English and English to Spanish. The company became a startup
Oregon company, teaching English to Spanish speakers.
1997 to 2003 Integrated Businesses International
On November of 1997 I left Wells Fargo Bank to start my own business (IBI). I
have been involved through IBI in developing software, training, education of
Computer Software, Contact, Time, and Money Management Systems for small
businesses and home businesses.
1992 to 1997 Wells Fargo and Company
On November 1, 1992 I started as an Employee for First Interstate Bank of
Oregon, after having been hired as a Contractor for one year. First Interstate
Bank since then was bought by Wells Fargo & Company.
My responsibilities were the support, maintenance, and enhancements of a
complex Wire Transfer System for California, Texas and all the western states.
1991 to 1992 First Interstate Bank of Oregon
On November 1, 1991 I was hired as a contractor. My responsibilities were as
stated above as an employee.
1986 to 1991 “Lucero Enterprises” Contract Software Consultant
On April 1, 1986 I started “Lucero Enterprises”, by putting a marketing plan in
place to create a position or contract within the Portland Data Processing
community. On July 17, 1986 I obtained a business license required to work as
a Consultant doing business as “Lucero Enterprises”.
On September 5, 1986 I was awarded a contract with the Department of
Transportation providing programming support for the Motor Vehicles Division
Classified License project.
After this initial contract I have contracted with various Financial
Organizations
and Government Agencies using COBOL, Assembler, IMS, DB DC/CICS
VSAM, ORACLE and all IBM Mainframe software.
1975 to 1986 TRKTRONIX, INC., Beaverton, Oregon
Project Manager, Systems/Analyst and Programmer/Analyst. Supported a
complex business Order Processing System, Accounts Receivable, General
Ledger, and Inventory Control System.
