Doing marketing and promotions for on-site sales tours for two major resorts

Host of weekend live radio shows, on site promotions, also known as “remote
broadcasts”, recorded ads and public service announcements. Skills utilized
included, but were not limited to, public speaking, creative writing, sales,
promotions and the ability to entertain an audience. 

Radio Announcer/Host/Producer 	1984-1988

Public Radio Station KMXT, Kodiak, Alaska - Host of daily shows that included a
wide variety of folk, native, and country music. Produced shows of local
interest, trained Native Interns from outlying villages, as well as training of
new volunteers. Fund raising, writing, computer and public speaking skills
utilized.  

Emergency Services Dispatcher 	1979-1984

Law Enforcement Agencies in Colorado and Alaska. Extensive training in law
enforcement, public relations, emergency medical aid, computers and received a
commendation in 1980 for saving the life of a choking toddler.
