Managed a large team of QA Analysts providing quality assessment analysis for
multiple projects including upgrades and new systems, web development, and
background processes. Responsible for budget management and reporting, SLA,
project analysis and timelines, and management reporting.
Systems Supervisor/Project Manager, Private Client Services, Wells Fargo Bank
Managed a large interdisciplinary team providing technology support to 3000
private bankers and technologists nationwide. Responsible for budget, SLA,
documentation on our processes and procedures. Frequently involved in training,
deployment, new systems and hardware releases and upgrades. Also worked on
