SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Developed and implemented strategic training objectives and supporting
policies, procedures, and practices in adult learning theory. Identified
performance challenges and gap analysis for training leaders and facilitated
workshops. Resulted in organization-wide, mandated training series that increased
efficiency and uniformity in training.
• Spearheaded programs and curricula at the graduate and secondary school

practical applications for content and planning. Piloted the materials with test
