• Restructured the entire plant with special focus on improving workflows,
productivity and planning. Reduced working hours from 24/7 to 24/5 through major
process improvement and workflow adjustments. This resulted in cost reduction of
20% and waste reduction by 6%. .
• Moved the total operations to a new facility 20 miles away. This involved
extensive machinery and equipment movement, reorganization of workflow layout and
process improvement issues and customer orders were completed without
interruption of daily production.
