SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Restructured the entire plant with special focus on improving workflows,
productivity and planning. Reduced working hours from 24/7 to 24/5 through major
process improvement and workflow adjustments. This resulted in cost reduction of
20% and waste reduction by 6%. .

• Moved the total operations to a new facility 20 miles away. This involved
extensive machinery and equipment movement, reorganization of workflow layout and
process improvement issues and customer orders were completed without
interruption of daily production. 

• Directed cross-functional teams to ensure business strategies were met.
Established teams to analyze needs, develop corrective action plans and revise
procedures and coached and mentored team members in traditional role changes and
process changes.

• Exposed employees and customers to methods that create continuous improvement
