Innovative graphics department leader and creative art director in 4
manufacturing/retail facilities where all product collateral material was
conceived designed and brought to print. With a staff numbering up to 7,
initiated, developed and managed an in-house Graphics Department to expedite
production of collateral over 5 distinct markets. Total oversight for budgets,
production, maintenance of continuing education to assure personnel excellence in
leading edge technology and programs and scheduling for the advertising,
