procedures to support a dynamic website for Open Enrollment. Significantly

conversion project. Establish generic templates that will batch import
electronic policy data. By creating standards, subsequent conversions will be

all reporting expectations to ensure profit of $237,000 on 5100 transferred

• Ensure quality assurance by documenting defects found with usability (UI),

defects were identified before the release, reduce maintenance fixes by 95% and
