Created and executed test plans for the Music Choice Onscreen, the Music Choice
Local Ad Insertion and the Music Choice Video
-On-Demand digital cable products. Performed functional and system integration
testing for Cable TV products in a Motorola
and Cisco cable headend environment. Tested third party settop box applications
(such as vodlink) with Seachange VOD system
for interactive, multi-tiered custom Music Choice interactive application.
Tested features such as "create your own Music Channel"
along with "Video Channel" music video features. Tested Cox specific interactive
services using Concurrent VOD system. Analyzed,
isolated and tracked bug defects during testing.
Created and executed test plans for the Music Choice High Definition services to
verify requirments for validity with an
emphasis towards product testability.
Tested and produced specific deployement plans and documentation required for
installation of 300 Local Ad Insertion devices in
in multiple MSO cable headends. Tested and deployed the Music Choice MPEG-2
Video Onscreen feature nationwide to all Music Choice cable
providers (over 40 million cable customers). Ensured all deployments were
completed on schedule and within budget.
Smoothly managed three Music Choice nationwide digital cable channel lineup
changes that impacted all MC MSOs/customers.
Ensured integration of all new products with cable industry vendors prior to
full scale deployment in the field. Managed resources
and relationships internal and external to Music Choice.

Electronic Program Guide. Responsible for
planning and installing Worldgate Interactive Digital and Analog Systems at
cable headends. Installation plans included
configuring and launching Interacitve Worldgate Systems in Motorola Headends.
The Worldgate Interactive System enables
cable subscribers to access the internet through the medium of television.

Responsible for the Electrotechnologies Program that replaced customer's
antiquated building equipment in existing
large commercial facilities with high efficiency electric alternatives. Typical
projects (construction costs of $2.5 to
$10 million each) include replacement of central chiller plants at major NYC
public hospitals and university campuses.
Provided energy audits, feasibility studies, direct installation of equipment,
and low-cost financing packages that pay for
the projects from the energy and maintenance savings.
Responsible for analyzing customer projects and facilites to identify high
efficiency alternatives, estimate energy savings
and develop cost-effective reccomendations with financial incentives. Enhance
customer service by contracting and managing
contracts with AE firms specializing in energy analysis to perform comprehensive
energy studies for customer projects, resulting
in site-specific reccommendations and financial incentive packages.
System Engineer 1993 - 1994
Responsibilities included the Technical Specification and Licensing
Processes/Procedure improvements for Nuclear Power Plant
regulations. Prepared Technical Specification Amendments, Emergency License
Amendments and Waivers of Compliance to provide
regulatory relief for short-term operational issues - to ensure power plant
safety and maximize power plant output.
Prepared licensing submittals to the NRC in response to Inspection Reports,
Bulletins, Generic Letters,etc. Developed
Technical Specifications for significant subject matters such as containment
leak rate testing, pressure vessel saftey relief
valves, snubber inspections, and reactor control systems.

Developed and performed system tests to place and maintain automatic nuclear
systems into operation. Types of tests included
pressure vessel hydrostatic test, drywell to supression pool bypass leakage
test, local leak rate tests and core spray system

during plant shutdowns.
