Worked with the engineering performance team on the financial warehouse
remediation project. Role and responsibilities included root cause analysis of

IBM vendors using XenoBridge and Golden Gate technologies. Made recommendation

mitigate the existing backup problems, wrote RMAN backup scripts to better suit
the needs of databases with different storage characteristics. Was installing
and configuring RAC databases on AIX platform in lower and production
environments. Was implementing DR solutions (DataGuard). Was providing support
to Database Architecture Team in developing solutions for data replication into
lower environments.

Worked on design and implementation of back-end driven workflow engine. The
system characteristics required the implementation to be generic, configurable
and portable from system to system with minimum time for customization and
production deployment. Was involved into the system analysis and data integration
processes aimed at streamlining the delivery of collaborative document content
across different DoD organizations using Enterprise Service Bus architecture with
Informatica as
the data integration platform. Was participating in design and development of

Position: Oracle DBA-specialized/Data warehouse architect.
Was responsible for design and implementation of large data replication
processes. The created programs were taking full advantage of warehouse SMP
capabilities through the alignment of data partitioning design with multiple
execution threads. Created a program interface implemented in Korn and Perl
scripting languages with robust error handling and statistics gathering routines,
inter-server communication processes, report generation and dependencies
maintenance and control. The program was designed as an open end solution
providing a range of tuning parameters, capable of accommodating different
requirements for data loads, addition of new database objects and adjustment of
the program server resource consumption based on the current server work load.
Was responsible for development and support of back-end reporting processes such
as Presciber View, Volume Share, Managed Markets and Call Activity reports, was
rewriting shell-based program into PL/SQL packages to improve code
maintainability and accelerate business deliverables dead lines. Was
participating in integration of IMS data into SIEBEL ANALITICS work space with
concentration on tuning of distributed database queries. Was rewriting ETL SQL
processes using Informatica PowerCenter to load and integrate call activity data
into Data Warehouse. Was consulting Oracle in-house developers on recommended
Oracle solutions and practices.

Was responsible for gathering requirements and writing specifications, designing
the applications databases, designing, creating and maintaining logical and

database instances (STATSPACK) to analyze Oracle server internal memory
structures, disk I/O and server environment (Windows NT/Sun Solaris). Created an
array of Unix monitoring shell scripts for reporting on various high priority
database areas (storage, alerts, server bottlenecks). Was developing backup and
recovery strategies (RMAN), procedures for synchronization of data across
multiple instances (export/import, clone databases). Was installing Oracle
software and testing releases of new patches and software upgrades. Was providing
administration and support for Oracle Discoverer- creating and maintaining EUL's.
Was responsible for data analysis and data conversion of EPA Financial ODS data
to the format of local divisional databases and data marts (Oracle Warehouse
Builder). Developed replication architecture, ETL procedures and local data
integration routines for divisional financial reporting systems. Was responsible
for design, maintenance and integration of EPA Enterprise wide financial data
systems. Created two data migrations for the Air division, requiring the database
conversion from the old dBase database into Oracle 8i RDBMS OLTP environment.
Created a billing tracking system database for Superfund division, involving the
database conversion from Clipper to Oracle RDBMS. Was responsible for creating
