compensability. Manage claims caseload by determining plans of action associated
with disability medical management expectations and developing/coordinating
return to work strategies. Initiate and maintain prompt three point contact with
injured/disabled worker, insured and medical provider(s).Coordinate communication
with a variety of clientele, both internal and external, by preparing written
and/or oral communication areas such as potential reserve exposure on claims.
Coordinate appeals to discover pertinent facts bearing on claim in accord with
