As a Clerical Supervisor II, I am responsible for supervision of review, data
entry, processing support and quality control to the DEX and Restoration Units of
the Section.  This position provides support to the manager of the Financial
Responsibility Section and is responsible for auditing Financial Responsibility
self-certification, cancellation of insurance, failure to provide insurance as a
result of violations and accidents for the detection of uninsured motorists. 
Responsible for processing of suspension and restoration of vehicle
registration.


02/1992 – 8/1992  PA Department of Transportation  Harrisburg, PA
Acting Clerical Supervisor II
As an Acting Clerical Supervisor II, I was responsible for the enforcement of
the 1990-1991, Governor’s initiative of conducting 25% audit of
self-certification on vehicle registration renewal applications to determine if a
suspension of registration and/or driving privilege is warranted.  I directly
supervised the Registration Audit Unit which is responsible for conducting 1.7
million registration renewal applications annually for verification of liability
insurance.  Other duties included examining and reviewing computer reports to
compile statistical data.  Assisted with the maintenance of the Financial
Responsibility and Insurance Data Bases.  Conducted training and/or
cross-training among the staff.  



8/1991 – 02/1992  PA Department of Transportation  Harrisburg, PA
Clerk II
As a Clerk II, I was responsible for the data reduction and thorough examination
of information from MV-105, Registration Renewal Applications.  I data entered
the required information from MV-105 Applications to the programmed designed
formatted screen to process records for a random verification of valid insurance
coverage.  Acted as a work leader for the unit, in distribution of work and
validation of computerized production reports.  


9/1978 – 8/1991 PA Department of Transportation  Harrisburg, PA
Data Recorder Machine Operator 
As a Data Recorder Machine Operator, I was responsible for the data reduction
and thorough examination of information from VTR/Tax Sheet applications, dealer
titles, special handling and the Commonwealth Automated Registration and Titling
System re-entry handling.  I data entered the required information from bureau
forms to the programmed designed formatted screen to assure proper issuance of
certificates of titles, registration plates, cards, stickers, decals and sales
tax receipt output.  I also examined the required information from bureau forms,
and rejected applications due to discrepancies.
