net pay and earned commission based on employee’s sales, years of service and
employment title. 
* Piecework Calculator: Calculates amount earned based on number of completed
pieces by each worker, passing total amounts to a summary form. 
* Retirement Projection: Generates a retirement projection on investment,
interest rate, current year and retirement year, with information displayed in
tabular format in a List Box. 
* Capital Growth: Determines future value of an investment at a given interest
rate for given number of years based on a specific investment amount, interest
rate and years of investment.

* Managed the day-to-day operations and growth of 7 stores, developing and
implementing sales and marketing efforts, handling human resource functions,
merchandising and inventory, and maintaining budgets and P&L.
