To whom it may concern,
I’d like to take a moment to provide feedback relative to Jim Bello, who worked
for my Information Technology department at the ECRI Institute. Jim came to ECRI
Institute in as a Systems Engineer, after completing the SETFocus .NET training
program. He immediately adapted to our environment and became productive on our
project assignments.

By my policy, our environment is 100% on the Microsoft platform, and knowledge
and direct implementation of all the latest releases are required parts of our
development team goals. For Jim, this required that he develop applications that
involved technologies such as .NET/SQL Server, InfoPath forms as well as be able
to integrate third-party components to existing .NET applications.

When engaged on a project, Jim works hard. He did extremely well in our
environment, researching what he did not know, and suggesting alternative designs
as he became comfortable. He pursued completeness and quality in his work, and
knew how to work with the team to solve problems.
I highly recommend Jim for roles where he can use his experience and team-skills
to solve problems and implement solutions.
Jim is a great resource to have and if given the chance, I would certainly
welcome him back to our team.

Sincerely,

Daniel Zenzel, Jr.
