IT Project Manager & Client Services Coordinator
Project Manager for all Home Banking Implementations to include all aspects of
the Project Life Cycle.  Managed help desk, helpdesk staff and Disaster Recovery
Plan/Business Continuity Plan for eCU and all clients we supported on our
network.
•	Successfully implemented Home Banking applications for Credit Unions with
assets up to $1B.  
•	Managed over 40 projects (10 larger projects taking 6+ months to completion)
concurrently, achieving 90% completion within budget and to customer
satisfaction.   
•	Quality Assurance tested all new applications, new enhancement requests and
software fixes, ensuring the highest level of quality products customer
satisfaction delivery     
•	Performed analysis of clients’ version of application for enhancement requests
to determine compatibility and submitted only feasible projects to programmers
for detailed proposal and costing, resulting in decreased programming costs.
•	Managed the Multi-Factor authentication layer to our Home Banking application
within a 6 month timeframe for three different versions of the Home Banking
application, assuring NCUA compliance. Performed Quality Assurance testing of the
Multi-Factor authentication to ensure all functionality of the Home Banking
application remained intact when it was initially implemented and when updates
were implemented on each client’s Home Banking application.
•	Delegated and prioritized programmers schedules and priorities based upon
current requests, projects and issues, resulting in efforts being focused on
highest priorities and completion of projects as scheduled.   
•	Resolved 60% of all clients’ Home Banking questions/issues as 1st point of
contact, ensuring that programmers were actively working billable hours.   
•	Upgraded software and custom developed software throughout the Credit Union
from Windows 2000 to Windows XP, for 500+ PC’s, accurately completing 96% within
two week timeframe. 
•	Worked remotely successfully approximately 50% as well as traveled to client
sites nationwide during implementations and for DR testing.
•	Developed and maintained all BCP and DRP documentation for company.
•	Planned, coordinated and scheduled all testing documentation and test
scenarios used during annual testing events at on-site facilities.
•	Performed Risk Analysis for our functional areas to identify vulnerabilities

using an image server. Provided ‘around-the-clock’ onsite/offsite technical
support for 3,000+ pc’s and laptops at 300+ facilities across North America and

including successful new start-up of Daimler Chrysler facility in Houston Texas,

which resulted in over $50,000 savings each month.

•	Setup and configured new website hosting through DNS and IIS with client
