Positions held:data transcriber,telephone liaison,and military records unit.
As a data transcriber,I typed background investigations into a computer
database. I had to meet production standards in this position and always
excelled.
The telephone liaison position was a customer service position. I served as As a
liaison between our company and the companies who contracted our services. I
answered questions based on many manuals that I was required to know. I ensured
customer satisfaction.
As a military record searcher,I conducted background investigations for people
joining the military or being re~investigated for the military.
Left my position favorably when I had my son May 2009.
I attended Central Pennsylvania College for a year for office administration but
did not receive a degree.
