Project Description:
The Core Banking system implemented is the biggest such implementation in
banking domain and the volume of its operation is the main factor distinguishing
this installation from any other such projects. The whole team is hence divided
into Implementation - supporting day to day functional issues assisting the SBI
Helpdesk, Production Support – taking care of the application maintenance and
technical procedure of daily processing and the Development – Providing solutions
to the problems faced by the earlier two as well as enhancing the application
increasing its utility.
