Network/Systems Experience:

Provided Network support for a 900 plus user community, 5 Distribution Centers
across the country with 5 LAN Technicians. 
Responsible for building, maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of
hardware and software issues on a Multi platform LAN/WAN Environment from
building and maintaining Email Servers, IIS Web Servers, Domain Controllers, DHCP
Servers, DNS Servers, Active Directory, which consists of approximately 75
Windows 2000 and 2003 Server operating systems, 10 Linux Servers, that currently
run Redhat Enterprise 3 and advanced 2.1.   Also responsible for Oracle and SQL
database support
Responsible for building IIS Web Servers to maintaining our 1500 plus website
base and 30 ftp sites and servers.
Other responsibilities include remote setup and troubleshooting our
Distribution/Data Centers.  Setup terminal services for financial offices to
access overseas distribution centers while working with HP, Cisco Switches, Cisco
Routers and Firewalls, Hardware Raid Configuration as well as backup and disaster
recovery Responsible for All Anti-Virus servers that currently use Symantec
Anti-virus software.
Responsible for working with Hp Omniback II and Hp Omniback Data Storage
(currently using VERITAS Net Backup) EDI Software that includes Gentran Director
and Gentran AIS.
Provided Backup/disaster recovery coordinator, which consists of approximately
60 windows servers, 10 Linux servers, 2 Oracle database which resides on HP-UX, 2
Linux email servers and 2 Linux DNS servers.  
Set up and maintain the company’s email system, which runs Sendmail on 2 Red Hat
Linux Advanced 2.1 servers. 
Set up and administer Pride Mobility’s Web site Load Balancing system which
includes an HP Server Appliance traffic director and 2 Coyote equalizers 

Programming Experience:

Created current production tracking system and reporting interface, which gives
managers the capability to accurately track products at all times-- from initial
production phrase to product shipment. At the same time this program generates
real-time production reports allowing managers to view shipping dates as well as
on screen schedules thereby allowing for accurate management of materials based
on an advanced building report. 
Created a customer/dealer tracking system, which facilitates the sales
department in organizing accounts either by location or contacts, this system
also has the capability of an advanced date notification, which prompts the user
for callbacks, orders, and notes/comments for the current day. I also
incorporated in this software is an interface allowing the user to enter a
specific dealer’s email address for the purpose of order confirmation via email
Created help desk software which instantly generates email to LAN Techs via
pagers/cell phone as calls are entered, to provide prompt user support, and also
keeps track of the progress of the calls
