  2006-Present Wells Fargo Financial Bank Sioux Falls, SD
  App System Engineer
    I hold a Technical Lead position at Wells.  I am responsible 
    for all technical aspects of the projects I am assigned to.  
    I am in charge of designing solutions at a high level, which
    then get handed off to developers to code the solutions.  I
    manage the projects and resources from a technical standpoint.
    I use OOAD and UML in the design of the systems.

  2003-2006 Resurgent Capital Services L.P. Sioux Falls, SD
  Senior Developer
    I was responsible for developing the software to assist 
    with the day to day operations of the company.   I used 
    both the Delphi programming language as well as Visual 
    Studio for .NET. I also assisted in the creation of 
    database schemas with Microsoft’s SQL Server database.
  1999-2003 The Credit Store Sioux Falls, SD
  Senior Developer
    Developed in-house software for the company using the Delphi
    programming language and Microsoft’s SQL Server to store the
    data.  I helped develop an n-tier environment from the ground 
    up using Delphi with Microsoft’s COM+ & MSMQ.  I also developed
    a designer for our custom scripting environment. 
  1996-1999 EROS Data Center Sioux Falls, SD
  Programmer Analyst
    I worked with the FEWS (Famine Early Warning System) project,
    developing data managers for Africa with the Delphi programming
    language.  I have worked extensively with Delphi, creating
    custom components, working with the database architecture and
    design, DDE, OLE, OO programming, and much more.

    Gained the knowledge needed to take charge and motivate a team,
    converse with customers and obtain their feedback, handle
    complaints as they arise, intervene in arguments and become a
    mediator, keep track of sales and profit for the store, and 
    work with computers to keep track of productivity and food 
    costs.
