Lead Programmer Analyst January 2001 to August 2002
Responsibilities: lead analyst/developer of the production support team, daily
monitoring of the trouble report queue for current and new issues, and analyze
and resolve all trouble reports that are assigned to the group. Provide daily
reporting to upper management. Wrote various CLIST jobs for Authorizations
group; Streamlined efficient process to monitor trouble tickets.

Responsibilities: Analyze system for necessary changes by project. Design, code
and test changes. Held various Project manager roles (test, defect,
implementation, etc.) for Program Implementation; Technical lead for Continuity
of Business with MasterCard and VISA associations to coordinate software upgrades
and certification testing. Provide various support for testers and users,
including supplying information regarding functionality of system components.
Created and documented a new test bed pull process for groups. Revised and
created documentation and flow charts for Continuity of Business process
