staff of 45.  This Unix/Oracle-based distributed application system is fielded at
over 80 sites worldwide.  Duties included staff training coordination, risk
management, Project Review Authority briefings, client interface, project
management, technical services lead, and supporting certification of the project
at CMMI Level 3.  Six Sigma Green Belt certified.  Held an interim secret
clearance.

TRW Systems (became Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in 2002), Reston, VA 20190
IT Systems Engineer (July 2001—September 2002)
Provided systems architecture, engineering, and proposal support.  Assisted the
team in building an architecture for a high availability three-tier Oracle ODS
and data warehouse system.

Senior Manager (December 1999—June 2001)
Provided leadership and direction to the Unix Technical Services Team.  Set team
goals, negotiated service levels, ensured appropriate policies, processes, and
procedures were in place, and supported NCS customers.  Developed a detailed plan
for an integrated test laboratory (ITL) that addressed significant issues
including facility staffing, facility management, equipment utilization, and
operational costs.

1999)
Managed the Laboratory Operations Department of 15 computer professionals
supporting over 350 workstations and servers.  This environment supported an
airline cockpit flight simulator, several airport and air traffic simulation
systems, general research computing, and multiple DBMS systems.  Also, supported
the IRS Modernization FFRDC as a subject matter expert for systems architecture
and operations.
