      Led the Automations team. Held weekly staff meetings, interviewed
potential candidates, made staff recommendations and managed task assignments.

      Developed multiple Linux utilities in Perl including software that added
users to LDAP, and parsed LUN metadata into human readable format.

      Maintained over 50 active server pages (ASP) web applications, providing
timely response to outages, as well as troubleshooting assistance and migration
of applications from stage to production.

      Created health monitor scripts which alert primary pager to a problem
before it becomes a critical outage visible to a customer.

      Eliminated the need for carrying a second pager when on-call. Developed
software which assigned and tracked the active on-call staff member using
