• Assigned to Cigna Healthcare Corporation in St. Louis, Missouri
• Provided contract services that include analysis, development and maintenance
of CICS and DB2 CAPS Application.
• A vital part of  a team that converted and moved the CAPS Application from the
Great West Healthcare Datacenter in Denver CO to the CIGNA Datacenter in Windsor,
CT as a result of a purchase agreement between Great West Healthcare and CIGNA
• Worked on site 40% and offsite at home 60% of the time.


 
Technical System Designer/System Analyst - Cigna Healthcare Corp.

• Design, develop and maintained the Client Benefits/Plan Specifications
Application and Claim Payment Application. The various tasks include obtaining
user and system requirements, designing databases (IMS and DB2), writing
Technical Systems Design Specifications, writing or assisting in over 57 data
conversion programs, interface programs, modifying and maintaining existing
programs.
• Coordinate and implement multiple releases through many different Testing
Environments.
• Coordinate database changes with DBA’s and communication across department and
applications

several Client Server Accounting packages (In-house and Vendor packages). The

• Directed releases of several Financial Accounting upgrades to ensure the
fulfillment of HCFA and State requirements.
